FFS: Consolidate Many directory's files into One directory

It would seem like this might be a common use case, but i see only one previous reference in these forums.
I need to send ~1000 (directories with few files) -> 1 (with many files) without duplication.

for instance:

 G:\any directory\*.txt -> Q:\textfiles\


referencing a very old (2009) post: "Using FFS to Consolidate Photos"
--- the respondent said that it would be necessary to create multiple folder syncs.
