I just purchased a new NAS and I want to eliminate my current cloud storage requirements, so I plan to backup my new NAS to my old NAS using FreeFileSync. I am on MacOS. Can anyone point me to a resource here showing how I can automate this in the Mac environment? I understand I can use batch files - I've used them before, but I'm not sure how to 'schedule' these to run... or, is there a scheduler IN freeFileSync? :)
