I've got a QNAP NAS that contains my backup drives. Recently, FreeFile Sync has been telling me that the recycle bin on these drives is not available. I'm not sure why this is happening but is no great issue frankly as it only affects FreeFile Sync but when it logs this there is also a question that is asked..." automatically delete files when recycle bin is not available?"
How do I answer "yes" to that question as there is no way of doing so from the log file?

It seems unlikely that this would be only recently, unless you changed the Delete Files setting from Permanent to Recycle Bin.
