Team,
I am able to sync it when I try to do it via GUI but when I try to configure a real-time sync it throws me this error.
Cannot monitor directory "Y:\". (Mounted Gmx cloud drive locally)
Type: \\storage-file-eu.gmx.com@SSL\DavWWWRoot
ERROR_INVALID_FUNCTION: Incorrect function. [ReadDirectoryChanges]

Remove the GMX location from the RTS monitoring list

in that case, it will not monitor cloud drive in realtime ? is there a workaround?

There is no workaround AFAIK. The location simply lacks the implementation of reading for changes, thus can't be monitored for them

Team, is there a workaround in 2025?

Like the original error/warning already tells you:
The GMX cloud apparently did, and likely still does not support directory monitoring.
Therefore it is not possible/useful to use RTS.
RTS can not "invent" data the cloud service does not provide.
The workaround is simple:
Run your FFS sync at regular time-intervals,
e.g. once a day, launched e.g. by the Task Scheduler,
instead of being launched by RTS upon detecting changes.
