Issue with Files Marked for Deletion During Synchronization in FreeFileSync

I'm encountering an issue with FreeFileSync while trying to update or mirror files from the left side to the right side. Despite having files on the left side that need to be synchronized, the software is marking over 500,000 files for deletion on the right side. This doesn't seem to align with the intended synchronization behavior.

Could you help me understand what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it?

I already checked that the files exist on the left side, but showing blanks in FreeFileSync.

Without further details, this reads like a case in which you have one or more mismatches in your left-right pair specification(s).
