Allow more space for text tips

Hi all!
In the "Synchronization setting - Filter" panel, the text tips in bottom position has a too little space in horizontal.
Enable full width would results in better legibility.

A similar situation occurs with "Synchronization setting - Synchronization" panel:

This may be an OS/language issue, seems to look fine on Windows for me.

I suppose there's a small gap on the filters page, but no where near what you are seeing.

1. Filter description: Added newline and disabled hard-coded line-wrap:
