Nssm to install RealtimeSync no work

I need help,Please.
When I use Nssm to install RealtimeSync , It doesn't work.
I use cmd —— D:\Software\FreeFileSync\Bin\RealTimeSync_x64.exe BatchRun.ffs_batch
It can work.
But use Nssm can not work,
setting like this
Path:D:\Software\FreeFileSync\Bin\RealTimeSync_x64.exe
Startup directory:D:\Software\FreeFileSync
Arguments:BatchRun.ffs_batch

Is this NSSM - the Non-Sucking Service Manager?

Why are you attempting to run RTS as a service?
What are looking to benefit from by doing so?

Is RTS even meant to be run in such a manner?
(I'd think not.)

What does "But use Nssm can not work" mean?
NSSM throws an error?
It installs the service fine but never runs?
It installs the service fine, runs, but the FFS config never runs?
Something else? "It doesn't work" is never enough to get help
