I'm mirroring D:\Dev to F:\Dev, and many subfolders have a hidden folder named .vs somewhere in their hierarchy (the number of levels deep varies greatly).
I added an exclusion filter of *\.vs\, but the sync is considering these folders nonetheless.
How should I adjust my filter statement so that these subfolders are ignored?
My exclusion filter isn't working

Run a compare, right-click one of those folders, and exclude it from the context menu. This will guarantee that the syntax is correct. What you typed in here looks like it should work, but alas, here we are lol

Well, it seems I'm all wet ☔
That syntax is indeed correct (your helpful tip verifies it). I'm not sure how I got to the point of thinking it wasn't, but there I was.
It's a dark place. Don't go there.
