I read the discussions and explanation of how FFS keeps track of file times between timezones and DST etc when synchronizing. Although not ideal it seems to be a well thought out solution, and where it was an issue such as saving images creation dates, it was easy to not use FFS.
It seems that this file date change is happening now even during the file comparison without synchronizing changes, is this as intended? I was surprise that changes would be made when comparing files which sounds like a completely safe and passive operation?
