renaming folders creates duplicates

How do I stop Two-Way from creating duplicate folders and copying all the contents into the new folder when I change a folder name. Extremely annoying since the program should be able to recognize that I've just changed the folder name. Windows 7.

If moved files/folders are not detected, then this is due to one of the following

- Move-detection is not supported by all file systems
- Detection not available for first sync
