I have used FFS (now 6.4) for sometime to sync some 30,000 music files between my main desktop PC (considered the master) and a netbook PC (considered the slave) connected via LAN ports on a router. I use the Synchronise Mirror (master -> slave, file time and size) option run from the desktop (master) and it normally works as expected, but ...
Today, FFS suggested it wanted to overwrite some 7,000 files (134GB) on the slave which had not changed for months. However, when I ran FFS from the slave it said everything was synced (which is the correct answer I believe). I reversed the "left" and "right" sides for <Compare> with the same results when run from either machine.
Any suggestions? If it's been covered before please just point me at the appropriate thread and accept my apologies.
Thanks.
FFS gives different results between two PCs when run from each one

Sounds like you could also be a victim of the exact 1 hour difference:
