Error when runnig scheduled task...

I'm running Windows 7 x64 and using FFS 6.4. When I manually run my "sync pair" (mirrored) it completes. However when I run it in a scheduled task is says its running (0x41301) but never syncs anything and has to be manually stopped. I'm syncing from a local HD (B:\) to a NAS (S:\). Help! THANX!

Thank you for you're reply. I recreated the batch file and no longer get the (0x41301) error. However now the error log says Error: Can no not find find the following folders:

S:\ (this is a network drive)

S:\ is mapped in Windows and I can access it just fine. I tried changing the the destination path using UNC. \\192.168.1.14\SageBackup\. I get the same error message when run via a scheduled task. However when I run the sync as described above but using the FFS GUI it works as expected... Please help. THANX!

So, this is the one of many similar threads that end with no response.
All of them are very much like my problem.
Why no answer?
