I would like to have some batch operations use an "Update" synchronization setting and some use a "Mirror" setting.
I can't seem to find a way to specify this.
I noticed that when I changed the settings to "Mirror" in the online dialog, the batch files I had already set up suddenly starting using "Mirror" so it appears to me that the "Synchronization Settings" in the online dialog are global to all freefilesync operations on the system.
I saw that there is some support for environment variable (%USERPROFILE%) was listed in the key features, but I couldn't find any way to use them.
I tried running "freefilesync" with command line arguments -h -? -help to see if there was a way to pass the synchronization settings via command line argument, but I didn't have any luck there either.
I am hoping that I am just not looking for the right thing.
Is there a way to have different synchronization settings for different batch jobs?
Thanks
How do use different synchronization settings for different batch operations

You need to create separate batch configurations. Save the first and create a new one.
