FFS in domain

Hello! I use FFS in domain. I start job FFS in Win scheduler from another user (backup). User backup has Domain Admin rights. Folder in client computer has security settings local admin (local admin include in Domain Admin). But FFS can not write lock file in this folder from another user (which have this right) but for example robocopy.exe copy all file without problem. What could be the problem?
