Hi,
I have a folder containing many many files.
I just want to backup some of them.
20 files that already exist created at diferent dates in the past
and also I need to copy all the news files that I will create inside that folder in the future.
I need to backup that folder, but, filtering all those old files, or the big ones, or others that I don´t need any more, or other filtering criterias.
the idea is to avoid to have a big Gb backup folder containing files that in fact I don´t need to backup (but need to exist in the original folder)
can some one explain me the best way to do it?

As there are no takers yet, I'll give it a try.
If all these files need to reside in one and the same folder,
I am not aware of an easy way out.
However, if you can move all files not to be synced to one or more subfolders,
you can easily exclude those one or more subfolders from the sync.
Conversely, by placing all files to be synced in a new (sub)folder, you would
just need to define a sync for that new (sub)folder.
If those few existing files to be synced need to exist in their present folder,
you might place a hard- or symbolic link to those files in the new (sub)folder.
If you use symbolic links, you then need to indicate "follow" for symbolic link handling.
If all these files need to reside in one and the same folder,

I take it the files you want don't have any similar group of extension (that isn't used also on non-desired files).
However the Exclude filter does offer a minimum/maximum "size" selection on the right, that might help weed out the large files you speak of.
I would try experimenting (with a smaller folder/file scenario) to see if FFS will handle fuzzy filters. Say if many of the files you want have the first 2 letters of 'sa' in their name, and 'none' of the files you don't want have that. Try using *sa (or *sa*) in your Include filter list.
