Is it possible to backup a full folder EXCEPT one subfolder?

Hi there,
I need to backup my My Documents folder every day, and made a batch file for that in FreefileSync.
The thing is: there is a subfolder, usually full of unclassified junk, that I don't want it backuped.
How do I exclude it so in every automatic backup that subfolder is not backuped?
