Hi. I have translated Free File Synch to Norwegian. Where do I send the .txt or .lng file so it can be added??

Why don't you use translation platform like https://www.transifex.com/ or https://crowdin.com/ ? Both are free for opensource projects and provide great service for managing translations.

1. the custom language file format that FFS uses
2. the custom validations checks on the language files with rules specific to FFS
3. third-party independence: e.g. if their site goes down, you have a serious problem as a project owner
