ReFS > NTFS

Are there any issues with using FFS to do a mirror where the left folder is on an ReFS filesystem & the right is NTFS? I'm primarily concerned about permissions not copying. We haven't yet moved to ReFS so I can't test this out myself to see just yet. Thanks!
