Scheduled Sync not occuring in Win7 after reboot

I am attempting to sync a Win7 folder (E:User/Music) to a mapped NAS drive folder (Y:Music) using a batch file as described in the help section. This is set to run once a day and to "Run task as soon as possible after a scheduled start is missed"

With this setup, the sync works flawlessly until such time as I reboot my computer (I only switch it on every couple of days). Upon reboot, if the scheduled start has been missed the task shows as "queued" in task scheduler and eventually changes to "ready" although no task has been run (confirmed by target folder not getting updated). If I try to run the task manually from within Task scheduler (or FFS) then it runs fine and I see the up to date last run time displayed along with (0x0) last run result.

Anybody know how I can get the task to run upon reboot if the scheduled start time has passed (note I DO NOT want the task EVERY time I reboot)? Not sure if this is a scheduler of FFS problem but any help would be very gratefully received!
