Working app Samba Filesharing ([404, Invalid URL: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.funkyfresh.samba]), Win7 can find this share. Then you have to mount it as drive letter and sync with FFS. Works ok untill android 4.3 (at least in AOKP rom).
To make work with 4.4 (and 4.3 I guess) go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=18722729#post18722729, download two modified files, put in on /data/data/com.funkyfresh.samba/files/ and do other instructions. Then on Win7 PC mount \System\sdcard as drive letter. I mean find in shares not sdcard folder, but System folder, then sdcard (or disired location). The point is that original Samba Filesharing app has some different address of storage, than in android 4.4, so Win finds the share, but can not access correct location. Modifications let find root (/) and so all desired locations.
