Feature request: add command line arguments --logfile-folder and --logfile-folder-limit

Feature request: add command line arguments --logfile-folder and
--logfile-folder-limit

Please add two new command line arguments. This would be usefull for batch
scripting.

1) --logfile-folder /path/to/folder
override <LogfileFolder> in .ffs_batch config (ie:
<LogfileFolder>/path/to/folder</LogfileFolder>)

2) --logfile-folder-limit 100
override log files limit option in .ffs_batch config (ie: <LogfileFolder

Hm, let's make it even more powerful by allowing to specify an optional GlobalSettings.xml file path in the command line.
