Like in subject, I have problems with setting FFS to work like I want it to.
Basically I have master directory (L) with around 2.5k folders. I manage them directly, and don't want FFS to overwrite anything there.
I want to set FFS up so when I plug in a flash drive (R) that has a number of those folders (let's say 500 out of 2.5k), it only performs L->R synchronisation of folders present on flash drive, ignoring 2k left. So it's like normal L->R mirror, but it picks and syncs only folders present in R directory.
So far, I got by creating custom batch jobs for each flash drive (which is tedious - make a fullpath list of directories - Powershell helps a lot, parse them to a format FFS will accept, correct mistakes), but I can't help but wonder if it's the best way.
Could anyone give me few tips on how to speed up this process?
Can't find the right configuration for synchronization.

I guess the simplest solution is to:
1. compare both sides and hide all files/folders that exist on the master side only
2. Select the list of top level directories from the overview panel and choose "include via filter"
3. save that configuration (maybe on the target flash drive)
This aproach is still tied to a specific set of top level directories but at least it is quick and easy to setup.
