Suggestion: Sync/Backup Scheduler

I've always thought native OS task scheduling on all systems have generally sucked donkey balls from their incept; they never cater for all possible circustances and add the incredible tedium of setting security and scope parameters
Thus, I would like to make a suggestion for this project: a resident task manager for FreeFileSync that controls the launching of tasks, essentially a timings / activity manager for all sync/backup tasks
Obviously this should be a tiny executable that only holds the specifics of every schedule, triggering as necessary and affording the user global and specific overrides
