case-sensitivity while comparing

Hello group!
I'm afraid I'm having an issue with case sensitivity in the compare phase (syncing a MacOS FS to a Linux NAS).
I just upgraded from version 6.1 to 6.9, and for the first time a file on the left is compared after another on the right with a different name! (differences are only in letters case: first two chars)

Here is a snapshot of my compare results:

Another point is: why would it sync "right to left", since the left file is more recent?

FFS syncs case, that's a feature.

You're using `<two way>` sync variant?
