Add custom externel program menuitem to deal with two files,
simply specify program to execute, and two filename as parameter 1, 2.
Like KDiff3 can be used to compare two file.
Also, the parameter 1, 2 not limited only two parameter, can be specified as
%leftfilepath%, %rightfilepath%, %leftname%, %rightname% .. etc.
