Feature suggestion: filter by date-time

Hi,

Sometimes you want to copy from a source to a destination and then re-structure the destination (pictures, in my case). This means that you want an incremental copying of files created since the last time you copied (regardless of what's in the destination folder). The Timespan filter only supports dates. It would be helpful to have a timespan (from-to) based on date-time.

Using this in batch would enable writing a script that "remembers" the date-time of the last copy operation so it will run FFS from that date-time onwards.
Can this feature be added?
