Compare and sync files in folders and subfolders

Just downloaded FreeFileSync and using it for the first time. I setup two drive and folders to compare and sync. However, it appears that it compares only the files in the selected folders, not the sub-folders. How do I get it to verify and sync the files in the sub-folders too?
