Hello, your program is really nice, but could you ensure backward
compatibility with files created with older versions of FFS? It does not make
me use the latest version because sometimes I have to redo all my ffs_gui and
ffs_batch, also the ffs_db files created by an automatic sync (e.g. sync the
folder my docs with a network drive) are not compatible. So could you please
assure a smooth transition when a new version is available (for example, when
an user open an old ffs_gui which is incompatible with the latest version, a
wizard propose him to convert that file into the latest format instead of
showing a (sometimes) weird error??) I am not criticizing your software, it is
supperb, but can you ensure backward compatibility with old files? It would be
more professional on your part. Thanks in advance

I absolutely agree.
I also have many saved ffs_gui and fff_batch files which need I need to open
and resave one-by-one so that they are compatible with each new version.
Sometimes ignoring the errors and re-saving works fine, but at least one
version change of FFS has corrupted the config files so that the sync
incorrectly overwrote or deleted files the next time it ran.
