FFS is a great little program that I have not only recommended to many people
but have also installed on many computers. This past weekend, I ran it on my
file server to make a backup on a second shared driver on my home network. FFS
indicated that there were no files to copy. Here is an example of the folder
structure in question.
Source: d:\
Destination: \\computer2\d
One folder, d:\documents\personal, for example, had new files in it. FFS
ignored the subdirectory. When I set FFS to copy as below, it found files and
copied them.
Source: d:\documents\personal
Destination: \\computer2\d\documents\personal
NO filters are set. Am I doing something wrong? I'm very happy that I
discovered this issue before I lost a hard drive.

Okay, no filters set. Check. What is your setting on symlink? If that
subfolder is a junction and symlink is set to "ignore" it will be excluded
also.
BTW what's your operating systems and version of FFS?
