WebDAV Temp files

Hi there,
I am confronted with a rather annoying Bug. It may not even be FFS bug, but it
is annoying anyways:

I am using Win7x64 and FFS 3.7x32

Whenever I sync large amounts of data to my WebDAV Server, my HD is reported
to be full after a little while. The reason for that is, that the files seem
to be cached in a folder
C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Temp\TfsStore\Tfs_DAV

It is full with ffs_temp files, nothing else. These files NEVER get deleted.
I delete them every so often, but having only about 3GB of free space limits
the capability of using FFS while I am not present (Today FFS created tons of
0 kb ffs_temp files and uploaded them, though without renaming then, so that
they get deleted on the next run...)

The reason why I post this here: When I upload files using copypaste, I never
have problems. So eventhough I suppose this is a Win-bug, Windows itself knows
how to handle it somehow...

Very strange: These *.ffs_tmp files are created when a file is copied and are
renamed to their proper filename directly after copying finishes.
The questions are:
- why are they created with zero size
- how do they get into mentioned folder and why are they not cleaned up
- does copying file to webdav work at all?

Do you possibly have some information how I could reproduce this behavior?

This may be a very old discussion, but I am (still?) experiencing the same thing with Windows 10 build 1709. It seems to be a Windows problem, not a FreeFileSync problem, judging from some posts in other forums about this behavior. The best thing you can do, it seems, is to delete all the files in the Tfs_DAV folder occasionally.
