database error

I tried to compare some pictures burned on a cd to the same content on my hard
drive, the first couple worked fine. The next ones gave me a database does not
exist yet error, I don't know how to make the database exist, the help file
does not address this issue. I tried file new, no improvement. What do I need
to do?

This is just a one time reminder, that database that is required for
<automatic> mode is not existing for this folder pair. It will be created
during first synchronization. Its purpose is to remind that the
<automatic>-mode algorithm is not active.
