When syncing big folders (like a home dir) the list is a bit nasty to
navigate.
It would be great to see a box in which you can type that instantly filters
the rest from the list. For example, if you enter "school", the list would
only show stuff with school in the pathname.
Or the ability to expand and contract folders so that you hide the files.
Or having the quickfilter contract every folder that does not match the input
box.
Imagine the extra power this tool will have! :)

Like Win7 Start Menu? I have disabled this on my PC ;) But honestly though it
sounds nice, more usable is probably something like collapsable folder pairs.
I hope this will come to reality any time soon:
