NTFS permissions are not synced using "batch" option even with admin permissions.

I"m syncing two folders one is shared and the other is local, both computers are running Windows 2008 Server, I've created a batch file(ffs_batch) using FreeFileSync but it doesn't copy the NTFS permissions, it does if I use the Gui version (ffs_gui). I've already tried with full admin rights and nothing. Does anyone knows if this is a known bug ?
