First of all, thank you for creating a great sync app.
I have one small request. Is it possible to enable or disable folder pairs,
maybe like the way you select which files/folders to synchronize. I like to
first predefine a list of folder pairs, but depending on which backup hds I
use, I may not want to synchronize all pairs because of lack of space.
Thanks.

Basically I'd say this functionality can be achieved easily by using a default
configuration and deleting all folder pairs that are not required out of it.
From a design point of view it is pretty equivalent to deleting except that
the folder pair configuration is not lost. Therefore the decrease in usability
compared to the additional functionality a distinct option or button would
offer seems to tip the scales towards not implementing it. Unless of course
there were a way to avoid impact on GUI at all or keep it very small... In
general GUI prominence should be correlated to the usefulness of a function or
feature.

I'd like to have that feature too. My suggestion for UI implementation (which indeed is a small impact):
At the very left (in front of the red minus-signs), add another column with checkmarks. Label the column "Active" (or "Included" or similar), and have the checkmark checked by default, when a pair is added. Save the checkmark status in the .ffs_gui file too.
Thanks!
