smarter variable drive letters for FreeFileSync?

Hello,

corrently the variable drive letters seem to be fixed to a certain number
and not changable; and the logic seems fixed to windows style "letter
drives" E:  F:  and so on. To sync different directories on different
devices i currently have to switch between letters, sometimes by typing in
again and again, or device names, all the time.
Up to now to make this smarter, I have to introduce one more directory
level to sync these devices by just changing once for a device.
Is there a smarter way i didn't find in the help? Or ist it planned to make
this smarter, to allow a really logical structure to be defined?
