I'm running xubuntu 13.04. The download page offered up the tar.gz
version of the program. There were no installation instructions, but I
installed it in /usr/local/bin.

The program launches OK, but on exit it complains:
"Cannot write file '/usr/local/binFreeFileSync/GlobalSettings.xml'.
Error code 13: Permission denied."

Obviously, when the program runs under a user's id, it should store its
settings in that user's Home directory. Is there any provision for this?
Or, do I have to install it in somewhere in my home space?

Even if I run as root, the program ends with a Segmentation fault.

Is there some installation step I've missed? Instructions might help.
