Using FreeFileSync, I can easily compare and sync local files in a decrypted volume (i.e. TrueSync encrypted and mounted file) with remote files.
However, if I also encrypt the remote files so that they too have to be mounted to appear, FreeFileSync does not let me view that mounted volume.
Essentially, Macs running TrueCrypt treat decrypted files as mounted external volumes. So perhaps the problem I'm having is the same as if one were trying to use FreeFileSync to compare and synch files from an external device on one computer to an external device on another computer.
Is there any way to do that??

I guess one more way of putting this is that I can't see or sync to the remote/client computer's virtual drives, only the local virtual drives.

(Also, I can't troubleshoot and try different combinations because every time there's an error, FreeFileSync defectively hides all network connections and has to be terminated and restarted.)

I'm worried I didn't present this clearly. Let me try it this way:
Computer A, a MacBook Air, is running FreeFileSync on a decrypted Truecrypt volume, mounted as a virtual drive.
I am trying to sync the files on A to
Computer B, an iMac, with decrypted Truecrypt volume, also mounted as a virtual drive.
However, Computer A and FreeFileSync do not see the virtual drive on Computer B.
Anyone?
