Feature Request: Enable/Disable folder

Instead of deleting and choosing folders every time to save scanning time or any other things like this... Why not jut put an enable/disable button or chackbox before or after the minus button to include or exclude the current folder line for the current session? It could save a lot of time.

Personally I'm using multiple sync configurations like "Backup Browser and Email", "Backup Projects", etc. and select/merge only those from the configuration panel that I want to sync right now. Usually this is all of them except for one huge sync job. Maybe this is a better model (and it doesn't require additional checkboxes).
