I have a minimal installation of Fedora 21 (no desktop environment) on a system I use for a home server. I have been trying to install FreeFileSync, but have been unable. I have downloaded and extracted the tar.gz file. When I try to run the FreeFileSync executable file, I get this error:
error while loading shared libraries: libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I would love to be able to install this program on my Fedora system. If you know how to fix this, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks.

FreeFileSync requires a gui. There's no cli only mode. Therefore, you need to install X (sudo yum install xorg-x11-server-Xorg) and gtk to make it work. If all that makes your head spin then it's just easier to install your favorite desktop environment (gnome, lxce, kde) or switch to alternative file sync solution like rsync.
