Outlook pst files will not update

I set up FFS for myself and a few coworkers a couple months ago and it appeared to be working great until we discovered that it was not syncing the latest version of our pst files. FFS is set up to mirror each of our user profiles onto a network drive daily to minimize sync time and lost emails. The pst files are synced initially without any problem but it doesn't look like FFS is really comparing the pst files on my C drive to the pst files on my network drive by date and size like it should. New emails are added to the pst files daily but the updated pst file doesn't get mirrored to the network drive. Any idea as to why this may be happening?

What does the preview window say about these files? Did the modification time and/or file size change?

Preview window within FFS or explorer? Windows explorer shows that the file size and date have been updated on my C drive, but the H drive (where FFS mirrors to) shows the same file with an older date and smaller size.

Have a look at the middle column of FFS's preview dialog. This will tell what is going to happen to a file pair and also show the categorization.
