hidden files - how to exclude them

I synchronised my data on my MAC with my data on StratoHidrive. (mirror-mode)
The cloud space is connected to my computer via VPN/ SMB

As I compared the data 5 minutes later with Freefilesync many files were found on the cloudspace that were not on my MAC: all data with this beginning: ._

I guess these are hidden files (I don't see them in my finder) -but where do they come from? I mirrored my data and after 5 minutes data occur that I don't know and don't understand. Freefilesync proposed to delete them...but I don't want to see them in the programm...

HELP??!!
