I have just discovered freefilesync and downloaded the version 7.9 for OS X. It is a very useful program, but it seemed to have problems with German umlauts (äöü) and other non-english characters (e.g. é). During comparing a window pops-up and tells that the file doesn't exist if it has a special character.
Is this a known problem?

Can you paste the error message that you are seeing?
