Save value of ELEMENTS FOUND and TIME

When synchronizing large disks (e.g. with more than 1 000 000 files) the synchronization process may take 15 minutes and more. The number of Elements found is shown with the time processed. When the end of the search is reached the number of elements found is erased. Would it be possible to copy and store this value into another field somewhere? This would allow to write this number down for the next time to see, that the synchronisation will be ended soon when comparing the current running number with the number last time.
This saved number field could be erased at the end of the process for the disk.
The same is for the time value to know how long the process has taken.
