I have a WebDAV volume on a Network drive that I mirror a local folder to. After copying the file over to the WebDAV volume, FreeFileSync reads the file back entirely and syncronization pauses until this is done. When the file is copied manually using explorer, this does not happen.

In other words, FreeFileSync

1. Copies local file to WebDAV volume
2. Reads back entire file from WebDAV volume while synchronization is stuck at 99%

This repeats for every file on the volume (Writing file and then reading back immediately). I've tried having file-safe copy both on and off. I've also tried enabling and disabling various other options, but this behavior still continues.

The problem is that your WebDAV access does not support writing of file modification times and also does not report any errors, although setting the times clearly failed. Since this is a WebDAV limitation (not a general one, only in your case), the work around is to set up FreeFileSync to compare by size only.
