We are having problems with RealTimeSync where the error message says "cannot find folder C:\Users\name". The problem is that the user folder has a space between the name and surname (C:\Users\name surname) and RealTimeSync isn't picking up the space.
FreeFileSync has no problem finding the file but RealTimeSync picks up a problem every time. We've tried replacing the space with "%20" and "\s" but that didn't help.

For command line usage spaces need to be quote-protected.

We still get an error message (below) but the actual folder we are trying to get to has a space and surname. We've tried quote-protecting it but then the RealTimeSync logo in the taskbar is gray and says it's waiting for the directories to be available

The command line that you are using to start RealTimeSync is wrong, not the actual RTS configuation.
