synchronization with Android

I want to synchronize my music files on my Windows 7 computer with those on my Android phone (Samsung note 4).
FileSynch sees the Android file and displays "mtp:\ and the correct file name, but when I start with "compare", it does not find any music file on the Android although they are there. The consequence is that every time I want to synchronize, it copies all the files.
