Feature Request: Exclude folder if particular named file exists

Hi,

In rsync I have rules to ignore folders with the file ".rsync-ignore" in them. Would be great if we can have this feature as well in freefilesync, where it is possible for me to indicate that if a particular file (of a name of my choosing) exists in a folder, then that folder in its entirety will be excluded from syncing.
