Copy the Root folder

How do I get FreeFileSync to copy the root folder ?

Example:

Source: C:/FolderSource
Dest : D:/FolderDest

After the sync source should be in C:/FolderDest/FolderSource

Can someone guide me please.

I don't want to set it manually, one because it creates extra work and two because it changes the original date/time of the source folder.

i think that exocomp was saying
sources c:/user
d:/music
dest z:/folderdest/c/user
z:/folderdest/d/music
i was using mr mirror so far and i am looking to recreate a folder root to see where my files were saved in the source computer
