Hi, RealTimeSync and FreeFileSync works like a charm, but i don´t know how to stop it.
I created a BatchRun and used it on RealTimeSync to compare two folders, but now i want to stop the synchronization between these folders.
What can i do?
Thanks!

@zenju and other developers...Thanks for this vital and brilliant app! I have it working great on a couple PCs syncing to a network NTFS share. I may be misunderstooding @oscarhannud but I think I'm observing the same or similar behavior.
My batch sync tasks I've setup in Windows task scheduler can kickoff and successfully sync and result in a good log file yet the task continues to show as running in Windows Task Manager and has to be "ended" via the selection in the Task Manager GUI.
When this behavior occurs I notice FreeFileSync_x64.exe and FreeFileSync.exe are still running in Task Manager when they shouldn't be. When I select "end" (which it successfully does because the task goes from "running to "stopped") I notice that FreeFileSync.exe stops but not FreeFileSync_x64.exe.
Does anyone have any ideas how I might get this scheduled task to and processes to stop properly on their own as intended? Happy Memorial Day all!

@Rambo_Gandhi:
Under Synchronization Settings (F8) for the batch-job, did you select:
Handle errors: Ignore and
On completion: Close progress dialog
@oscarhannud:
If FreeFileSync stays active: see above
If it is just RealTimeSync (RTS) staying active:
(Assuming Windows ...) You can always kill the RTS process via the Task Manager.
If RTS becomes active again upon computer restart or user login:
It depends on how RTS is restarted.
If that is via a Scheduled Task, you should open the Task Scheduler and remove the RTS task.
If that is per an AutoRun BAT- or CMD- file or shell script, you should remove or modify that script.

@Plerry:
Hi!
When i installed the software i thought it would be automatic, but after some tests i noticed that it needs to be reloaded after PC restarts.
So, if you want to stop it, just restart the PC and modify what you need.
If you have loaded on "startup" a script or Scheduled something, just remove it, restart and modify.
Thanks!
