Better Help File?

Is there a better Help file to explain how this app works? The current file seems to presume the user has extensive tech background. It uses a lot of techie jargon and does not explain a lot of features at all.

Nobody reads documentation nowadays, so the goal is to make FreeFileSync as self-explanatory as possible. That said, is there something in particular that is not presented well enough currently, or is the problem that synchronization in general is not understood (which is the only precondition to using FreeFileSync).
